ZillowVERIFIEDZach was not just a real estate agent but also a resident of the neighborhood. Over the years I had gotten to know Zach and his wife Lindsay. They're a team and they are both very nice to deal with. He frequently had nice family type stuff for the kids like pumpkins for Halloween and pies at Thanksgiving. When it came time for me to sell I don't think there was anyone better to work with because he understood the neighborhood but most importantly he understands the trends in real estate and knows how to price accordingly. When I buy again Zach is the only person I will call.

ZillowVERIFIED Zach was an outstanding real estate agent for the sale of our home. He is very knowledgeable of the local real estate market and suggested a reasonable price range for our house based on his background as an appraiser. He understands all the details of the entire selling process, and so he was able to prepare us for every step. We always felt like we knew what was coming up next. He is very responsive, so when we did have questions, he answered them quickly, completely, and professionally. Based on his selling experience, he had a plan for every step of the process, too, so he was able to get buyers into the house, follow up with them to get their feedback, and provide it to us in a timely manner. Complicating our sale was the fact that we were not in town, but Zach handled everything that required someone to be at the house, from picking up newspapers from the porch, putting out trash cans that needed to be picked up, and taking photos to answer HOA questions, to arranging for contractors and meeting them at the house to get work done. He also kept us up-to-date as things progressed with the sale, from the initial open house, through the offer, and on to the close and funding. We have sold six houses, and I would rate Zach at the top of all selling agents we have experienced. I would not hesitate to hire Zach for any real estate need we have in the future, and I do not hesitate to recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Zach showed us an apartment in Denver to which we quickly applied to. Shortly after he sent us a signed lease which we asked him to tweak slightly after reviewing. He told us that would be no problem and that he would get it over to us the next day. We kept checking in with him but he continued to give excuses as to how he was aEURoetoo busyaEUR? to send it over. A few days later he finally responded and said that he was showing it to other people over the weekend even after he had sent us a lease. I'm sure this isnt the first time he has done this either. Its not only unprofessional but completely disrespectful to not only tell someone they have the apartment and send them a lease but also take their application fee.

ZillowVERIFIED Zach was the second agent that I hired to sell my house, the 1st agent didn't work out. Before selecting Zach, I interviewed 5 other real estate agents, all with years of experience. Zach was only one that had an actual marketing plan - not just standard real estate agent MO - take some pictures and post the house for sale on the MLS. The plan included everything from Web-based Campaigns, Telemarketing (including outside of Denver), Neighborhood Canvassing (phone & door-to-door) and Open Houses (28 Open House Signs were placed HOURS before the actual open house.In addition to a great marketing plan Zach displayed superior market knowledge (asking price was within $1000 of appraisal), great personal skills and exceptional negotiation skills. As first time homebuyers, he walked us through the process even before we started looking, ensuring that we would have an understanding to proceed with confidence once we found the right home for us.
