Keller Williams Elite Realty

Bought land with The Perry Group, Dylan Livingston was our agent. He made the process simple and everything went smooth! He trekked through the woods with us at multiple properties before we found the one that we would call home. He went above and beyond for us! Highly recommend

We had a great experience working with Dylan and Lisa. Dylan went out of his way to make things run smoothly, and any time we had questions, both Dylan and Lisa were quick to research and get answers and they were very responsive and easy to communicate with. I felt that our best interest and satisfaction with our purchase was top priority for them. 10/10, I would recommend this team!

Highly Recommend Dylan Livingston We first met Dylan from the Perry Group at an open house, and his approachable nature immediately impressed us. He came well-prepared to every showing, having thoroughly researched each property beforehand. His knowledge and expertise gave us confidence in our decision-making process. Once we locked in on a property, Dylan took ownership of all the detailsaEUR"handling inspections and managing the closing process seamlessly. His attention to detail and coordination allowed us to close in just 30 days. He was easy to work with throughout and adapted well to our needs. I'd recommend Dylan to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, and efficient realtor.

Dylan was a huge help for me buying my first home. He and Lisa were there start to finish and made sure everything was done quickly and smoothly in the background. All we had to do was find the house and they did everything else. I was even out for two weeks on vacation in the middle of the closing process and they didnt miss a beat. They made the process easier than I couldve ever imagined and I would definitely recommend them and the Perry Group.

Anna was great to work with. It had been 21 years since we sold a house, and things have changed a bit during that time. Anna guided us through the process and kept us informed every step of the way. She is an excellent communicator, so we never had to wonder what happens next. She was always on top of things. I would highly recommend Anna to anyone in need of a realtor.
