Because we did both through their group they gave us a lower % rate to pay out for the selling of our townhome. They didn't have to do that and I didn't expect it. It was a small way for them to say "thank you" for going through their group to both sell and buy. I really liked that they had an interior designer come in and give pointers on how to make our home visually pleasing to potential buyers. With our new home purchase we brought this lady back in to help us with furniture placement. The Perry Group also has a handyman that can help with all repairs needed that come back from the inspection report. The handyman is knowledgable and friendly and readily available. The owner of the group, Matt, is friendly, kind, respectful, and easy to relate to. Our buyer agent was patient with my husband and I as we looked at many houses in many areas in the Apex/Cary area. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Another thing that sets The Perry Group apart is their desire to be family friendly even after the sell/purchase of the home is complete.
