Second, her negotiation skills were top-notch and she was clearly well-respected by the other agents, which gave us a nice edge. Lastly, she went the extra mile to make the contract and settlement process move forward (met with contractors and inspectors at the property to supervise, moved furniture off our balcony in advance of potential bad weather, responded to inquiries quickly even when she was on vacation). Kris really took care of us. She turned what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable experience. . . twice!
