She doesnt take short cuts on any part of the process. The pictures of our condo were professionally done to include overhead drone pics that wonderfully excentuated both our condo itself as well as our community! She always aEURoehad our backaEUR? in the negotiation process and offered solid advice on how to respond to a respective offer (example: An offer early in the process was a land contract. While the ultimate decision was ours, she offered some great advice on directionally where to go with a response. We passed on that offer and we subsequently aEURoelandedaEUR? a full price offer!). Additionally, her executive assistant Karen is also amazing. Her support for Kris plus her communication with us was outstanding. I called her on a Friday afternoon after not having any luck with any other realtors and told her we needed someone who could work with us fast and that weekend because we only had three weeks to find a new home. Kris had listings to us by the evening and after we didn't see exactly what we were looking for, she spent hours going through and found three options to look at the next day, one being our first choice home. Without her tenacity and enthusiasm for helping us, we would not have been able to make our timeline work with my husband's new job. However, I couldn't submit my review without rating.____________________________________________________________________________After spending 6 weeks each winter in SW Florida for the last 12 years, we were probably 75% committed to make a move to Florida when we met Kris. While showing us re-sales in the Naples to Ft. Myers corridor for 10 days, her love and expertise of the area became quite evident and actually helped convince us that we did want to move to Florida. She realized before we did that what we were really looking for was not to be found in a re-sale, but in a new home. She suggested we look at a couple of developments and get back to her on what we thought, but if we still felt a re-sale was in our future, she would pull together more listings for us to see, determined to find the perfect home for us. Kris can certainly read her clients, because we did find our home, which is now under construction. ZillowVERIFIED When you are trying to purchase a property 1,0000 miles from home and you are not too familiar with the area, there is whole lot of questions you ask yourself about the person you are dealing with. And my wife and I could NOT have possibly found a better realtor than Kris. We talked a few times prior to meeting with Kris and just from those conversations she seemed to know EXACTLY what we were looking for. Kris was not recommended to us by anyone, and we ALWAYS felt she was working for US. She NEVER tried to point us in one direction or the other or pressure us. She let us make our own decision. One last thing, Kris knew when we meet in October that we could not buy anything until our other property sold and it could take awhile. But that did not deter her from keeping us informed about what was available. We feel we were lucky to team up with Kris. Whomever decides to use Kris as your realtor, relax and know you are in good hands, consider yourself LUCKY she is a worker.
