Keller Williams East Bay

I highly recommend Cheryl Hammond as a realtor. I needed to sell my mother?s house that she bought almost 30 years ago. Cheryl guided me expertly through the process of clearing out the house, cleaning it up, fixing what needed to be fixed and getting it on the market in a very short time. I don?t live in the area. Cheryl did a TON of work coordinating vendors, inspections, staging, etc. and really made things easy for me as a remote seller. She called often to discuss questions or to guide me through decisions related to the sale. She kept me well informed of the sales status. Her attitude was always positive, even when the news was difficult to hear. You can trust what Cheryl says and know that she is being honest with you every step of the way. Her experience showed through during the entire process. She made sure we got the most out of the sale both in therms of the process and the ultimate sale price.

Cheryl was amazing and done her best to sell my property with no delay. Cheryl kept her strategy to keep up with market price to the value . I really appreciate her extra efforts and depth of knowledge.

Cheryl was an asset to the quick sell and things that we needed to change in order to get the most for our property. It sold and closed in about 21 days. Amaizing! I would definitely recommend her to anyone trying to sell or buy. Her knowledge with negotiating to get the best money and who we were to target was dead on. Thank you, Cheryl!

Cheryl did an outstanding job assisting us with the sale of our condo. She was knowledgeable, pleasant and always available to answer all our questions promptly. We appreciated her expert opinion through the negotiation, her direct communication with all parties to ensure our closing on time. We would definitely recommend her to any potential sellers. Cheryl is the most incredible and wise realtor we know. She has guided us through two very difficult situations, during incredibly stressful events. Cheryl helped us with two homes - my parents and, most recently, my husbands parents homes. The last home was done completely long-distance! Cheryl was able to recommend everything from a lawyer to contractors to providing on-site personnel to keep the processes moving forward. Cheryls knowledge of the current market as well as the neighborhood was invaluable. Cheryl was very responsive, kept our line of communication wide open and checked on us regularly. We have and do highly recommend Cheryl to be your realtor!
