Cheryl was very understanding and went above and beyond to help me with the paper work, etc. She kept in contact daily via text and phone calls to let me know the status of the processes. ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were in the process of listing our house back in the mid-2000. The kids were getting older and needed more room to play and grow. I was introduced to Cheryl through my sister in-law. At that time my wife and I had known Cheryl only by name and the occasional appearance Sundays at our church. Cheryl was great from start to finish. She gave us important tips on preparing our house for sale, which we followed all of her advice. She spent a lot of time showing many homes in different communities with my wife and was able to weed out the ones for me to visit. When our house was sold she was able to get top dollar. When it came down to additional inspection of the new home the seller of the home was less than nice, even threatening to relist it at a higher price. Cheryl calmly reminded her that she was under contract and she has to do what is best for her! Needless to say we purchased the home. There were a few weeks that overlapped where we owned our old house and had the keys to our new house and both were expertly negotiated by Cheryl. As our last child is getting ready to venture into the college world out of state we are now setting our sites on selling this one, again not hesitating to utilize Cheryl once more. I cannot say enough great things about Cheryl. She knows the local market, she does a fantastic job listing and marketing, she is always ahead of the curve, she keeps you in the loop when you need to be notified and does not when it would be unnecessary stress. Cheryl will make sure that you receive top dollar for the sale of your home and make sure your purchase of a home is at the best value. I am excited to say that our next home sale will be our last as we are entering our retirement years. We look forward keeping in touch with Cheryl as she has been a faithful friend and a very professional realtor.
