Lauren Burden and her team did a wonderful job listing my townhouse They were wonderful to work with.

Lauren Burden with Group Watson is sooooo great!! We have sold 2 houses and bought 1 with Lauren. She is responsive, thorough, and a genuine person. We were behind on getting our house picture perfect on listing day. Lauren and her team swooped in to help and save the day. Our listing photos and video were amazing. Thank you soooo much!!!

My wife and I cannot recommend GroupWatson enough. Tom Sonnier and Amy Moreno were awesome throughout the entire process of buying our first home. Despite the difficult market and being outbid on multiple offers, Tom never gave up or relented in trying to find us the right place for the right price. Everyone we dealt with was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and always just a phone call away - making the first time home buying process a breeze for us. We could not be happier with our decision to work with GroupWatson Real Estate!

This is the second time Tammy Watson has helped me sell and buy a home and she and her team just keep getting better. The service is first class! Tammy knows the ever changing real estate market was an expert on setting a price, staging, and showing. The online presentation was unequaled by anything else I saw. She is an excellent negotiator and fought for me through the whole process. Lauren helped my find my new place and she was patient when showing me a lot of homes and had helpful and insightful comments about each property. She was also an excellent negotiator with the sellers.Stephenie was the behind the scenes person that took care of every detail to make sure closing was smooth, easy, and on time. Group Watson is the best!

We would certainly utilize her services again.
