Review Me and my wife were first time home buyers and had been referred to Tammy Watson. She helped us search for a lot of different houses, both new construction and old, and we eventually found one we loved. We decided on a house in a new construction subdivision and she helped guide us as both new homebuyers and new home builders. She was there for every meeting and asked and answered questions we didnt even know needed to be asked and was there to aid us through every step of the way. Even in this crazy market, Tammy made the whole process more manageable and less stressful and I dont think wed be where we live today without her. From the first meeting with Tammy, she was very knowledgeable and set reasonable expectations for us, including preparing our house to sell, estimated costs during the process, and potential timeframes. Then, meeting with Lauren for the buying side was great. She was always very responsive and available to meet for showings any time we asked. We have so many close friends who have entered the real estate field, it was extremely difficult not to give them our business. Tammy helped us sell and buy a home over 10 years ago so we knew her value. For us, we had to separate the friendships and hard feelings from business and go with what is best. And that is Tammy. Her years of experience & wisdom is what separates her from others, she knows the market and knows this business. I called Tammy for some guidance as we were looking to sell in the spring so wanted to get her opinion on what we needed to do in order to sell for top market value. She told me exactly what to do, estimated how much it would cost, scheduled all the vendors (I did second opinions & her vendors were the best price) and suggested I sell now as the market was changing. We did exactly what she said, did the renovations and had the house on the market within a month and within 10 days we had two offers. Review Prior to using the Watson Group, my house was on the market for five months and no contract. A friend of mine who works in real estate in another state researched the best realtors and came up with Group Watson. My agent was Lisa Ellard. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and communicated well. Unlike the previous agent who would not return my calls, Lisa was on her game throughout the process. We put the house back on the market in February at about the same price. She held an open house two days after listing it. The weather was cold and rainy but 15 prospects showed up! The previous two open houses held by my old agent each attracted two visitors. Lisa had an offer within two days. She countered and the deal closed in March.
