Keller Williams Crystal Coast

It was great Clifton is a very good agent. I would recommend him to the people I know and would need his help in the future. Review submitted by Sky Pol (Seller) on 11 Jan 2023

Rachel worked with me for over six months to help me find my dream home, and I cannot thank her enough. From day one, she went completely above and beyond to ensure that the home I chose was perfect for both me and my kids. ?She truly listened to everything I wanted, needed, and was unwilling to compromise on. Her guidance was invaluableaEUR"she even helped me navigate a negotiation on a previous home that I ultimately (and thankfully!) didn't buy, always keeping my family's best interests at heart. ?Rachel is incredibly thorough in her communication, seamlessly coordinating with other agents, attorneys, and insurance companies while keeping me informed every step of the way. If you want a realtor who will fiercely advocate for your family and guide you exactly where you need to be, look no further than Rachel

We had the pleasure of buying a new home and selling our home with the assistance of Rachel Smallwood with Navigate Realty. Rachel was very easy to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. Rachel was very responsive to our needs and her communication was great. We could not have imagined a better experience. We will 100% trust Rachel with any future needs. Thank you!

He was very helpful. Very friendly and helped me find the house perfect for me.

Clifton did a great job for us!! Clifton listened to us and exactly what we wanted and found it for us in one day! Not only did he find our house but he helped us with the entire process as we are from another state. Cliff also helped us find the correct help we needed with our fixer upper. We look forward to using Clifton for or other transactions in the future. We highly recommend Cliff for your needs.
