Karen did a fantastic job representing us as a buyer of the home. Since I was out of town and concerned about repairs agreed upon to be done correctly, she visited the home more than once and did a face time with me to review. There were a couple of items there were not satisfactory, and she contacted the Sellers agent to let them know. Since the seller's agent had little time before closing Karen recommend a contractor she knew well for good work who completed the job to our satisfaction before closing. Highly recommended.
