Scott was great! We bought some land in May, expecting to build on it, but when life circumstances changed and we could no longer pursue that option, we had to turn around and sell the land only 3 months later. Every realtor we spoke with warned us that the land wouldn't sell, that we'd have to sit on it for a year or more, and that we'd lose money on it when we did sell it. Scott was different - he was very positive and encouraging from the beginning and was confident he could sell our land. He was the only agent we spoke with who actually went and looked at our parcel. He had good reasons for all of his thought processes and approaches to it. We listed it with him and closed on it only 6 weeks after listing it. We didn't lose money on the deal and it sold much faster than anyone else thought it would. Throughout the process, Scott was very responsive. Whether we called, texted, or emailed him, we never waited more than a couple of hours max to hear back. Would highly recommend! The process was lovely.
