Keller Williams Commonwealth

Terra is amazing! She made us feel completely supported throughout the entire process, and we never, ever felt pushed to settle. She quickly understood what we were looking for and skillfully guided us through several showings via FaceTime while we were moving from out of state. Terra is a shrewd negotiator and an amazing problem solver - she always has a Plan B, and sometimes even a Plan C, up her sleeve! We really felt that she had our back throughout the process, and her expertise and persistence made a huge difference. We are extremely happy with her services and would recommend her without any hesitation!

She was a great agent, she helped us with boxes, and even helped us when she was in vacation, she response fast, All in all great agent. And I recommend you all guys to work with her.

She was absolutely amazing to work with! From the moment I reached out to her she was on top of everything and so helpful. It was a confusing process buying and selling at the same time and she went above and beyond to help us through the whole process! Will highly recommend her to anyone.

Working with Ashley was a pleasure from start to finish. This was the first house I've ever sold, so I had plenty of questions, which she took the time to answer, clearly and concisely. One of my main concerns was, "How do I get the house ready for pictures?" I didn't know where to start, but Ashley gave wonderful and detailed advice, calming all my worries. She even sent us plenty of boxes to help organize! Ashley was highly professional and dedicated to making our sale go as smoothly as possible, and she made that happen. Any time I had a question or concern, she was there with a timely response. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Ashley cares about her clients and will work hard to help them reach their goals.

Ashley was great to work with and made the buying process very easy for my mom. She was very attentive to her and always ready to respond with any questions she had. We would highly recommend Ashley for any real estate needs. Shes a great representative of the Richmond area and works very hard to make her clients experience a stress free one.
