ZillowVERIFIED This was my daughter?s house who is living out of town and I was local contact for anything. Shane was very patient as she had trouble evicting some tenants so we could get the house on the market. He stayed in touch request feedback unless we didn?t contact him first. He regularly called or texted both daughter and me. When house was vacated and ready to prep, Shane let us know what was needed to make house ready to show and recommended a great cleaning lady who thoroughly got house ready to show. Shane recommended a good Sell price at time of listing. He advised that we list on Friday and based on market conditions put cut off date for offers at 6 on the following monday and review offers that night. Hopefully to accept an offer. Shane was optimistic about good showings and possible offers, but no guarantees to be honest. Appreciated that from him. He connected me to listing service that advised of scheduling of showing or cancellations. Too all of our surprise we had great number of showings and several offers to review. Shane was very thorough on reviewing the offers with us and advised the ones to consider based on his experiences. He also helped us to decide on the offer to accept. He also kept us regularly advised on the closing process with advise of possible delay depending on closing process. The entire process exceeded our expectations and Shane did an excellent job communicating with us during the entire process and is very professional.
