So, I'm a little behind on this, but Ive been starting a new job and moving into our new home. So, I originally thought Id send Tom a thank you, but I thought Id share it as a google review to help more people find a good realtor. So first, how did I find Tom. Actually I didnt. My best friend since junior high has a wife in realty, and she went through searching for a realtor with great statistics to help us out. It was my first home purchase, so I leaned on her expertise over mine. Also, it was further complicated by distance. I was heading back to the military to get training as a physician. Tom was from NY (where I did residency), lived in Netherlands (I'm a huge cyclist), and seemed like a cool guy so I was like lets go with this guy (like 6 months before deciding to purchase). So now the question, would I recommend Tom again?? Absolutely notaEUR|I would tell people its not a recommendation its a direct order. Non-optional. Tom is a really nice guy who wants to help you find the house you want rather than aEURoemake a saleaEUR?. Every realtor has to balance making a sale (their income) vs taking care of customers. If you run into a realtor who is only focused on getting a sale, they might not be getting you the best deal or house and that might cost you thousands. I think Tom just enjoys talking to people and showing houses. He wont pressure you into a sale, and goes by a philosophy of, aEURoeI want the home owner to choose the perfect home themselves, and not be pressured or influenced by the realtoraEUR?. Realtors can sometimes try and sell you a home, but that might not actually be the house you wanted. Tom also said if now isnt a good time to buy he has no issue if we decided to rent instead, he wants what is best for his client. So overall the buying and house hunting went pretty well. With Zillow you can really see a lot of the houses and areas and crime/income demographics which can help speed things up. As a new physician to the area, Id recommend Tom. I never met Kim and hope I never will (I never want to sell this house and shes on the selling side), but if the time comes I'm sure well be going back to them. Also, the people Tom recommends are really nice people. We went with Jared for financing the loan. Very easy to work with and customer service better than anybody else out there. We went with Derek at home inspectors of Columbus and Clearwater plumbing. Happy with both of those choices, both companies are probably the best at what they do in Columbus. So, if youre looking for a realtor in Columbus or Phoenix City, I think youve just stopped your search. 10/10 A+

Tom did an amazing job helping me find a home. He is very responsive, quick to get an appointment to view homes, and is very helpful during the process of deciding on homes. He does not explain obvious things about the home, but instead helps you inspect the home for problems that could arise down the line and will let you know of any extra expenses you can expect depending on the location. He always has your back when negotiating. Would 10/10 recommend him and his team!

We have been looking for a house for over 1.5 years in the Columbus Georgia Area. Tom worked extensively with us during this time, providing updates on a weekly basis on houses that were available. When we found a house, we really liked, Tom even drove us to the home at different hours of the day, so we could see it during the day and night. Tom was also very diligent when it came to the closing process, making it a smooth transition. He is also very knowledgeable of the area. I cannot imagine we will be looking for another home, but if we were, Tom would AGAIN be our agent!

Could not recommend Tom more! He was super knowledgeable and made everything a seamless process. He didnt beat around the bush and made the home buying process super simple for my wife and I. Tom always made himself available for questions or viewings. Tom went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
