As a first-time home buyer, I was a bit lost. I googled "realtors near me" and was lucky to find Ryan. If you've just done the same, know you've found a good result. Ryan is incredibly patient and always available for his clients, walking me through every step and answering all my questions. His knowledge, connections, and guidance were invaluable, and he helped me find a lovely home in the infamous Columbus housing market.

Ryan was assigned to us through Zillow, and we could not have asked for a better realtor. We told him the non-negotiables that we had in a house, and he was able to help us find our way into a fantastic home! He is very prompt at communicating and is very professional. Any time we had questions throughout the process he had an answer. If we felt like something was not handled correctly on the builders end of things, we were able to go to Ryan, and he made sure it was fixed correctly and promptly. He will be recommended to all of my friends.

Chris did an outstanding job assisting us with selling my dad's house. His expertise in the area was instrumental in basing the purchase price. Chris was very involved in all aspects of the closing.
