Naturally our expectations were high, and frankly, we were blown away by her service. Kathy is extremely responsive wiling to meet with us to see a house at the drop of a dime, taking late phone calls, and generally communicating with us clearly and quickly. Her knowledge of the home buying process is outstanding, she has the gift of helping her client feel reassured when things are not certain. Lastly, another quality that we loved was that Kathy knows just when to jump in with advice and when to let us take in the houses we were visiting. ZillowVERIFIED Kathy helped us to sell and purchase our homes. The home we were selling was a difficult house due to it being a small, bi-level with a one car garage. She remained determined that it would get sold; which it did in a timely manner. Then we had the fun part of finding our new home. She knew exactly what we wanted and kept us updated on homes coming on the market. We were able to find a home we absolutely love without pushing us and remaining patient during the buying process. She is very knowledgeable and knows many people in the industry when it comes to the loan, inspection, title agency, etc.
