Keller Williams City Life

David was extremely helpful for the apartment search process for me and my roommates. While looking at listings, he communicated well and was very flexible with his availability - showing use both virtual and in-person tours that fit our schedule. After finally finding a place we liked, David gave us suggestions on ways to improve our application and negotiated the rent/brokers fee with the landlord - getting us a lower rent than what we put on the application. We had a ton of questions and some issues with trying to submit all the documents and payments, but he was available to assist us the whole way. Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Resham to sell our condo in Englewood. From day one, she was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. She guided us seamlessly through each step of the processaEUR"from setting up the initial listing and managing open house to navigating the final contract and attorney review. What stood out the most was her constant communication and dedication; we always felt supported and knew we were in expert hands. If you are looking for a realtor who truly goes above and beyond for her clients, we highly recommend Resham!
