As impressive as that was, what truly makes Resham extraordinary is how attentive she was throughout the entire process. They worked with us remotely to decide what price to set, and what buyer to choose. They handled the logistics flawlessly despite snowstorms. They helped us pick through household items via Zoom meetings. They procured multiple bids for services; then they hired the moving, storage, disposal, and cleaning companies. They not only took care of things as they came up, but they anticipated issues and advised how to best handle them. She guided me step by step through the buying process providing reassurance and confidence in what I was trying to accomplish. She was relentless in finding the perfect home for me without being pushy. She was very patient allowing me to look at multiple places/locations and was knowledgable in answering all my question. In 2014 I decided to sell my condo and used a realtor through a recommendation. It turned out to be a disaster trying to sell. I luckily saved her number and begged for her help. She was able to salvage that situation and help us sell. I consider her family now and would highly recommend her!

From the very beginning, my husband and I never felt pressure or felt like this was just about Resham. Rather, it felt like we were truly being taken care of! She gave us the space to take our time, especially since this was our first time home buying experience as a couple. She led us carefully through each step. She found us tons of houses to review and showed us ones that might be a good fit. She also showed us houses as soon as we found them. She always fit us in whenever we were free (which is difficult given that we both work full time in the city). She was AMAZING when it came to negotiating the home price and took risks and pushed boundaries that we would have never done on our own nor that I have seen when others have purchased homes or when I was part of buying a condo previously with my family. Once we secured our home, she helped find us find the appropriate people to help us through the purchasing process. She made sure all of our home repairs were done, and then some.
