Keller Williams Chervenic Realty

I spoke with MULTIPLE agents before finding Aimee. Blew all of them out of the water. Most agents will either NOT respond, NOT do what they say, or just do a poor job. Aimee is the complete opposite & is fantastic in every way. Multiple offers & full ask on our property within 3 days. Highly recommend.

Aimee did a wonderful job representing me in the purchase of an investment property in Chagrin Falls. I am an experienced agent and investor in the Phoenix market so I have very high standards and she absolutely knocked it out of the park for me! I would highly recommend her to anyone!!

We started working with Aimee last year in our search for a property. We were buying a second home. Our search was a long-distance search because we do not live in the area. Aimee was very accommodating. Whenever we wanted to see a property, she would conduct the visit over Facetime. She was so attentive to detail that we often felt like we were viewing the properties in person. Whenever she wasn't available for a showing, a member of her team would step in, and they too were very thorough. She is honest, hardworking and conducts herself with the utmost integrity and professionalism. If you are looking for a realtor, we highly recommend her.

Aimee was excellent to work with! She's super knowledgeable about the area, communicated each step of the process well, and advocated for us as sellers. We plan on working with her again and highly recommend her to others.

My wife and I recently bought a house in Cleveland Heights OH. I couldn't be happier with our house thanks to our Realtor Aimee Neiman. She was knowledgeable, professional, honest, and patient with us throughout the entire process. If you are interested in buying a house in Cleveland or the surrounding area, I would highly recommend her. Thank you Aimee for that all you did for us!
