Aimee Neiman

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Make sure to create curb appeal. First impressions are everything!

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

All types of buyers and sellers!

Q: 4. How did you get started in Real Estate?

A chance encounter! A career in real estate was suggested to me by a customer at my previous job. She had complimented my sales skills and customer service, and asked if I'd ever thought of getting my real estate license. Despite growing up in a family of real estate professionals, I had never considered a career in real estate until then!

Q: 5. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I'm a third generation real estate professional, so I've lived and breathed real estate my entire life! The knowledge I've gained just from growing up around the real estate industry has given me an advantage that most agents don't have.

ZillowVERIFIED

Let me first start by saying that I am an active Real Estate Agent in a different state and have worked with 100s of realtors in different capacities. I was referred to Aimee from a different Real Estate Team because Aimee works very well with investors. I could not be happier with the service that Aimee provided. She went way above and beyond what the majority of realtors out there do. Aimee has an immense knowledge of Real Estate, the market, negotiation, construction, lending and more. She also has excellent recommendations for other services ranging from GCs to property management professionals and more. I can go on and on about her strong work ethic and professionalism. I would feel very confident that if I referred anybody to Aimee they would be in great hands. I highly recommend Aimee and I look forward to continue to work with her!
