My wife and I used Laurie as our buyers agent during our recent home purchase (July 2014) in Summerville, SC, and we were both very pleased with how she worked with us. After looking at the house and discussing our needs and wants, she researched the market and provided us with a list of houses that might meet our expectations. She had a good grasp of what home values were and should be in the various areas in which we were looking.
