Keller Williams Central Oregon

Shane did an exceptional job getting our home sold. So glad he was our agent. Very professional and courteous. Always responsive every time we reached out to him. Very very knowledgeable. Would recommend to everyone. Let him sell your home for you. He knows what hes doing.

If you are buying a house and looking for a knowledgeable realtor, Shane is your guy! From the beginning, Shane stood out with his excellent communication and deep understanding of the area and market. Shane is incredibly easy to talk to, always quick to respond to messages, and made the entire process feel seamless. I highly recommend Shane!!

Shane was invaluable through the process of selling our two homes back east while navigating the purchase of a triplex here in Bend with a complicated 1031 exchange. Later Shane helped us purchase another home in Bend during the height of the market. We were one of 9 offers on the property and we came out on top due largely to Shane's ability to read the situation and offer the best possible advice. I can honestly say that he made this whole process such a breeze for us and that his advice, knowledge and advocacy was key for us during this process. Cannot recommend him highly enough!

I had a fantastic experience working with Shane to buy my first home in Redmond. He was kind, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the pre-buying and buying process. As a first-time home buyer I felt like I had an open door to ask questions, express concerns, and gain understanding about this big financial step. I would 100% recommend Shane to anyone buying or selling in Central Oregon and beyond.

Shane just helped us close on our home in Redmond. From the beginning I knew I wanted a realtor who was responsive, reliable and would work hard to sell our house. Shane did not disappoint. I interviewed five other real estate agents prior to making a decision, and Shane was above and beyond the others. He was able to list our house competitively which resulted in a sale within a month. You won't be disappointed!
