I had a fantastic experience working with Shane to buy my first home in Redmond. He was kind, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the pre-buying and buying process. As a first-time home buyer I felt like I had an open door to ask questions, express concerns, and gain understanding about this big financial step. I would 100% recommend Shane to anyone buying or selling in Central Oregon and beyond.

Shane just helped us close on our home in Redmond. From the beginning I knew I wanted a realtor who was responsive, reliable and would work hard to sell our house. Shane did not disappoint. I interviewed five other real estate agents prior to making a decision, and Shane was above and beyond the others. He was able to list our house competitively which resulted in a sale within a month. You won't be disappointed!

We contracted with Shane to find tenants for our home in NW DC (Forest Hills neighborhood). He was knowledgeable about the neighborhood and other rentals in the area. Shane advised us on repairs/fixes to the property prior to putting it on the market and provided names of contractors. He was also knowledgeable about the various websites used to market rental properties. The house was rented within a week.

Shane and the team did an excellent job selling our condo in Washington DC. Throughout the entire process, he worked hard to get us the best result possible...he is thorough and professional. Our unit went under contract in less than 1 day - which spoke to the great job that he and the team did preparing the unit for sale.

I met Shane at a showing that ended up not working for our group. But he kept us in mind and less than a week later showed us the house of our dreams and stuck with us through the whole lease signing process. I highly recommend Shane!
