Keller Williams Big Bear

Steve and associates are the very best in Big Bear. The team was professional, efficient, have great communication skills and sold my home in THREE days ... despite a slow market. Sellers and Buyers ... look no further.

Gloria did a fantastic job assisting with the sale of my home, I never knew the details involved and asks from buyers and at time I felt overwhelmed but Gloria took care of all the details and put the stress at ease, her detailed knowledge and expertise is absolutely top tier! I will be using Gloria in all future purchases and or sales.

I honestly cant say enough great things about Gloria! As first-time homeowners who werent from the area, she made us feel completely comfortable and excited throughout the whole process. She spent hours showing us homes, driving us around, and helping us get to know the community. She knew all about the local schools and was amazing (and super patient) with our kids. When we finally found the right home, she made it happen, she even got us to close early! On top of that, she worked closely with our lender and helped us understand everything we were unfamiliar with. Gloria is such a genuine, wonderful person, and were so thankful for her. Well definitely be reaching out to her again when its time for our forever home. Thank you, Gloria!

Gloria made buying our first home an amazing experience. From the very beginning she was patient, knowledgeable, and completely on top of every detail. She walked us through the entire process step-by-step, answered every question quickly, and made sure we always felt confident in each decision. Her understanding of the local market, negotiating skills, and ability to keep everything moving smoothly truly set her apart. We never felt pressuredaEUR"just supported. She treated our purchase like it was her own, and that meant a lot as first-time buyers. Were extremely grateful for her hard work and dedication and would absolutely recommend Gloria to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We had a great experience with Gloria. Her knowledge about the real estate market and patience with us made the whole process so much easier. She made sure that we are not just a buyer for her but we know what we are buying and not getting trapped long term. I highly recommend her all the way.
