ZillowVERIFIED 5 stars all the way around! The Big Bear market is unique, so it's vital to choose a real estate agent that knows the area. Steve Hirschler and his team know it inside and out. They helped us sell our home, putting the extra mile in to get us the best price, advising us every step of the way. Quick answers and advice made us feel comfortable from beginning to end. Thank you Steve!

ZillowVERIFIED We were amazed at how Steve Hirschler consistently exceeded expectations in the recent sale of our Big Bear home. He remained constantly in touch, updating us even during his well earned vacation. Steve and his team transformed our small 1950s home into a showplace, which resulted in a sale to a lovely family with our second offer coming in over asking. Although our price tag was much lower than other properties Steve represented, we were treated as top priority. Thank You, Steve, is not enough to say. We were fortunate to work with Steve and his team of professionals.

ZillowVERIFIED ABSOLUTELY PHENOMINAL FROM A TO Z! She was professional and helped price the home for maximum sale but in a prompt timeframe. She was always responsive and positive and was always three steps ahead of any eventuality. She managed every detail and arranged for added support teams for my other need for the move that were far outside the scope of what a realtor would typically do. In short she made the sale happen for me and my large family. We could not be more pleased and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Scott and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Steve Hirschler & his team were fantastic! I contacted him, they had my home listed with amazing photos within the week, and had offers that weekend. It was such a speedy, and wonderful experience. Any questions I had were answered and explained in a way that made sense to me. I was so worried about selling and what I would have to do, but his team made it a very memorable experience. I highly recommend Steve & his team (:

ZillowVERIFIED If you're looking for property in big bear, STEVE IS THE MAN. I couldn't be more thankful for how eager and responsive he was throughout the purchase of my property compared to other experiences I'd had. The land I purchased was very cheap in price but he still treated it like any other sale and I couldn't be more appreciative!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I worked with Steve and his team to sell our mountain cabin located in Big Bear City as well as an adjacent vacant land parcel. This was by far the smoothest and professionally managed real estate sale transaction we have ever been fortunate to experience. Steve's guidance throughout the process was spot on, and his attention to detail and communication skills enabled us to achieve an outcome that we never thought possible. We would highly recommend Steve and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the Big Bear Valley.

ZillowVERIFIED What can I say? I can't speak highly enough of Steve Hirschler. He did an outstanding job with selling my home. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. This is an insane market and, in just weeks, Steve, with help from Gina, arranged professional photos / video of my home, listed, had many showings, and SOLD and closed!!!! .... just weeks!!! Right through closing, the entire process was explained in an easy to understand way that made the experience very pleasant. In the end we were not only successful in the sale but Steve and I established a friendship in the process.I cant speak highly enough .... Steve is a five star real estate agent.
