When we started the search for a new home to accommodate our family plus an in law for my parents AND we wanted to stay in the town we had already been living in for the last 12 years we knew exactly who we needed to help us. Gina lives in town and had her eyes and ears open to any and all potential listings for us. She listened to what all of our wants and needs were for multi-generational family living and she made it happen for us! Gina helped us get our dream home and we couldnt be happier with her and her whole teams help throughout the entire home buying (and selling) process! She also listed our home and was under contract in a week, accepting an offer above what we were asking. I highly recommend Gina!

We had a wonderful experience with Gina! As first-time homebuyers we really needed someone to show us the ropes, and Gina made the homebuying process as clear and easy as possible. Highly recommend!

Many, many thanks to Gina Thibeault & her amazing realty team, who stood so closely by our side through every step of the home sale process with their professional experience, sensitivity & understanding! Leaving our home full of so many great memories was challenging, and Gina kindly guided us step-by-step to help us move onto a happy new chapter in our lives to live closer to our now adult children! Through her dedicated efforts, a lovely new family will be beginning a bright new chapter for themselves and their own young children at 10 Hawk Way, which warms our hearts immensely! I know this special community will welcome them as they have many others! It takes a highly skilled & experienced realtor to bring everyone together to make a successful home sale happen where truly every person involved in so pleased with the results! We will be forever grateful to Gina and Associates for their help & support through this time!

Gina was great from first discussion through closing. She is knowledgeable about the Georgetown market and presented a detailed plan and pricing strategy. She also provided several referrals for needed services during the process.

Gina and her team helped us buy a home in a very competitive market. They were informed and responsive and i think Gina's communication with the seller got us the signed offer.
