ZillowVERIFIED Gina was always available when we needed her, which usually ended up being on weekends and Mondays .... Her approach to working with the various entities is clear and direct. She was able to push on the appraiser to move more quickly, lined up a quality home inspector, dealt with our lawyer to be sure our P&S was correct and included the negotiating points we had agreed on, gave us a few recommendations for contractors - one of which we used for our radon system that worked out really well - and she was knowledgeable about the different financing options available beyond the standard 30/20/15 fixed. Gina's negotiation approach was great compared with our last realtor, we met at an agreeable price where I know the other party was sweating. We are so glad we had Gina on our side all the way through our buying experience this time around!

Our home was priced just right and we got an offer within the first 24 hours of listing.
