Buying our first home in San Jose was a major milestoneaEUR"and having Aaron and Jason by our side made the entire experience not just smooth, but truly meaningful. From the very beginning, they made us feel heard, supported, and cared for. They took the time to understand all our needs, patiently answered every question (no matter how small), and provided honest, thoughtful guidance that we deeply trusted. What stood out most was how genuinely invested they were in our journey. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured. In fact, their advice always felt as sincere as if they were buying the home themselves. In a fast-paced, competitive market, they brought clarity, calm, and a strong sense of confidence. They werent just our realtorsaEUR"they were our advocates, our sounding boards, and sometimes our biggest cheerleaders. Thanks to their approach, the very first home we bid on was accepted! And from offer to closing, they made the entire process feel effortless. Were beyond grateful to have had such an incredible team by our side. Aaron and Jason turned what could have been a stressful process into an exciting and joyful experience. We truly couldnt have asked for a better duo to guide us into this next chapter of our lives.

We had an outstanding experience working with Aaron as our sellers agent while we house searched for a property out of town. He ran a thoughtful, well-prepared process from the start by getting photography and positioning dialed in early so we were ready to hit the market immediately once our purchase was secured. From there, he executed flawlessly. Our home was listed and under contract within a week, with multiple competitive offers ultimately driving a result far beyond comparable homes in our area. It was clear he knew exactly how to create momentum and maximize interest. What really set Aaron apart, though, was everything beyond the listing itself. He played a key role in helping us find a great agent in our new market and was instrumental in guiding us through the complexities of a simultaneous close. His coordination, communication, and steady hand made a potentially stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Aaron is gunslinger: sharp, strategic, and incredibly reliable and wed absolutely work with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home.

Aaron provides true end-to-end service. He helped us make the right decisions every step of the way of our home buying journey. And, where those steps had the risk of becoming a bit treacherous, Aaron smoothed things out before we ever asked. He identified our wants, anticipated our needs, and made sure we not only got the house of our dreams, but that the experience was as easy and fun as possible.

I started looking for a house in 2020 and he was always there, showing me a variety of places in my price range and answering all my questions right away. He was incredibly responsive, professional, and even picked me up to drive me around to different homes, which I really appreciated. I ultimately got cold feet and decided not to buy at that time, but he stayed in respectful contact for the next couple of years without ever being pushy. When I was finally ready in 2023, he helped me find and purchase my home. Hes hardworking, cares about his clients, and I recommend him 100%.

Elsa made our new home purchase a wonderful experience! Her knowledge of the area and market helped us to successfully purchase the home of our dreams.
