ZillowVERIFIED Elsa did an outstanding job in assisting us with the purchase of our home. Her expertise in the geographic area and her personal connection within the real estate community was instrumental in determining a competitive purchasing price and helped us purchase the property. What differentiated Elsa from others is her patience, understanding, and willingness to listen to and help her clients like us. During the challenging period for home buyers, Elsa was always patient and listed carefully to our needs while providing her advices. We were never pressured to make unreasonable offers or properties did not meet our criteria. Elsa is very professional and gave great advices. We are very happy to work with Elsa to achieve our home purchase dream. I would highly recommend Elsa without any reservation. Thank you, Elsa.

ZillowVERIFIED This was our 10th home buying process and Elsa has been the first realtor we worked with whom we felt truly earned her commission. She was on top of both selling our old home and buying our new home from day one. Elsa helped us negotiate with a bad realtor and a fallen through offer with the selling of our house and helped us get back on the market in record time with multiple offers over asking. She was essential in helping us transition during a stressful period of buying, selling, and moving! I would highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED We are so happy to be in our new home close to family and Elsa made this possible for us! In addition to her expertise in home buying, you receive amazing connections with great professionals (lender, organizer, plumber, handyperson, etc.) In fact, it was her extensive local network of colleagues, friends and family in the neighborhood that made our offer a success. There are a lot of intense emotions and paperwork in the process, and we're grateful that we had someone who was very patient and understanding, took late night calls and texts, and looked out for us without pressuring us. We were comfortable with Elsa on Day 1 and mutually appreciated that we were all human beings with lives outside of work and juggling multiple commitments and doing our best to make it work. We consider Elsa our honorary third homebuyer in the process and she is welcome to come over any time. We relied on chance (and Zillow) to find and work with Elsa, but you can bypass that by reaching out to Elsa directly!

ZillowVERIFIED I was very lucky to have found Elsa as my realtor for my first home purchase. Elsa is a wonderful person and is very passionate about her profession. Throughout our home purchase, Elsa showed strong ethics, was very honest, and was very transparent. She kept me updated on new listings available on the market. Elsa also listened to all my needs in regard to location, size, and income. Elsa is a San Jose native and knows the local market very well. She is very trustworthy and knows a good purchase from a bad purchase. Elsa made my home purchase smooth and shared her extensive knowledge regarding the market. With her strong negotiation skills, she got me the best deal. I'm so grateful I met Elsa at an open house and would highly recommend her as a realtor.

From the moment we decided to embark on this journey together, I knew I was in good hands. ZillowVERIFIED Elsa is a great person to work with. She went above and beyond in helping us secure a home in this highly competitive market. Right from writing up the best offer by understanding the sellers interests and being upfront in telling what its not worth going above certain price was really helpful. She has great contacts that will speed up the closing process without any hustle.

ZillowVERIFIED Elsa was a great agent and she made us feel comfortable at every step of the way. We previously worked with a few agents, but it always felt as if they were less interested in your wants and needs, and more interested in making a sale. They even suggested offering a MUCH larger than necessary earnest deposit even with non-contingent offers! Super scary. We went to an open house and thats where we met Elsa. Being first time buyers, we were a little nervous about the whole process and overreacted at times, but she remained confident, comforting, knowledgeable, and helped us close a house at the peak of the sellers market. The first home she showed us suited our needs and priorities. It was an off-market home, and she suggested we put an offer in before it hit the market, which I think is the main reason for us getting the house. We offered the normal 3% earnest deposit and were just fine. Even after closing, Elsa was incredibly helpful with our questions, and very thoughtful with her intentions! A true and honest professional!

ZillowVERIFIED We had spent over a year looking for houses, going on open houses with no success until we crossed path with Elsa. She found us a off market place , which we were finally happy and it was also was under our budget. She went far and beyond to help us through the process even though she was also learning how to deal with this crazy market, and here we are on our new home sweet home! I would definitely recommend Elsa.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Elsa as your real estate agent. I have worked with a few agents but I gotta say Elsa is definitely the most reliable, responsive, professional agent I have ever worked with. She successfully helped me buy my current house in bay area at a really good price VIRTUALLY. she toured the house for me, took the videos, prepared the reports, negotiated the terms with seller, Especially when I got some hiccups on my mortgage application, she actively facilitated the talk with lender and also the seller to buy me some additional time to close the deal.
