Keller Williams Ballantyne Area

Tammy was in constant communication with us every step of the way. From house hunting to negotiations to closing, she provided valuable insights and suggestions. She was very patient and caring and just plain nice! We are very pleased with our new home!

Working with Angela in the past has been a perfect experience. She listens and communicates very effectively and seems more focused on what I need rather than her own goals. At the same time, she did use her knowledge to educate at times when my goals may not have been best serving me. Her integrity, ability to read people/situations and dedication to doing what's best for me allow me to highly recommend her without hesitation.

If you are looking for a full service realtor, Tammy Gutti is who I would recommend. Even in this market, she made the process easy and hassle free. Tammy is professional, has the knowledge, expertise and experience to close the deal on your dream home. She has a team of experts that work hand in hand with her to ensure a seamless closing for her client. My husband and I could not have been happier with our buying experience.

Loved working with Jorge!!! Hes very knowledgeable, resourceful and responsive. Jorge was very detail oriented and listened to the needs for a home for my family and was there with me every step of the way.

Tammi is absolutely the BEST agent that I have ever used for my real estate needs. She helped me sale my property, as well as purchase my dream home. The process was so smooth for both properties at times it did not feel real. Tammi makes daily contact, she is very knowledgeable, an excellent negotiator and willing to go over and beyond for her clients. She will forever be family to me. If you are looking for an agent look no further. Trust me!!
