He came over the same day in the afternoon and said he can sell it under a weekaEUR|My response in my head was yeah right!!! Before you know it, his Business Mode kicked in right in front of me. He walked around the home and Visually told me everything I need to Do and Fix and What I shouldnt worry about. In my head I was like yea right again because he made it easy by Providing the Men for Fixing and Restoration and A Cleaning Lady. Literally I didnt move a finger, he provided all the workers to get my home ready for the MarketaEUR|Did I forget to say all this was in matter of daysaEUR| The best part was he even said aEURoeWe gonna sell As IsaEUR? Meaning he showed me some areas that needs work and the rest was HistoryaEUR| Oh wait theres another best part, I got Way way way more than I was expecting, this guy used his Magic aEURoeSecret SauceaEUR?, he Put my Home in the corner somewhere in the Listing Page on the Internet that my Home was Sitting up High in rank which attracted big Views and CompetitionaEUR|Look I can write paragraphs on this Man and his team but Ill let you see the Wonders for yourself. I was so Amazed that I Forced him to give me his Cashapp so I can tip him, but this Man refused and said hes only doing his job and I should refer People to himaEUR| So this is the only way I can show my appreciation is to leave an Awesome Review because he Deserves Way More.One word aEURoeUSE Rick DevineaEUR? if you want to move your house in days and if you want higher Profit. ZillowVERIFIED RICK IS INCREDIBLE. If you're looking to any other realtors for help, STOP! Read this and you will understand why Rick is the very best person to help you find your dream home! When my wife and I learned we were moving to Charlotte, we had less than a month to find a house. As first time home buyers, we were very apprehensive. We lived six hours away, so when we were able to make a trip to the area, we only had one day to try to find a house. With the odds stacked against him, Rick made it happen. We lined up 10 homes to visit and we ended up falling in love with the very first house we stopped at. Three weeks later, let me just repeat ---> 3 WEEKS LATER <--- we closed on the house and moved in. In case you're not familiar with the way the process normally works, that's practically unheard of. We had some pretty big expectations and a pretty big wish list, Rick took care of it. We didn't really understand how the home buying process worked, Rick walked us through it. As first time homebuyers we had some big concerns, Rick eased us through them. The couple selling the home threw some curveballs at us, Rick solved the problems. Every time we needed him he was just a text or a phone call away. By the end of the process Rick was more like a friend or a family member than a realtor. I'm not the kind of person who normally writes reviews but I am so impressed by Rick's generosity, his skills manuevering the tricky closing process, and his kindness and his patience that I could not sit down quick enough to write this. If you take anything away from this review, please hear this: not only is Rick is a fantastic realtor, he is also a fantastic person.
