Keller Williams Ann Arbor

Veronica and Valiant Realty helped us buy our home in 2021 and sell it in Ann Arbor 5 years later. We couldnt be more happy with our choice to work with her! Veronica goes above and beyond aEUR" shes always able to get on a call, is extremely responsive to texts and emails, and makes you feel like youre her only and most important client. On the buyers side shes extremely knowledgeable about the local market, was very patient and honest about the houses we toured, and had some great tips to get our offer accepted in a very competitive market. On the sellers side she was critical in helping us manage our sale while our place was tenant occupied and we lived a few states away. She handled all communication directly with our tenants and property manager to coordinate access for showings and prep, and was helpful navigating some issues and work we had to tackle during the closing process. She didn't hesitate to offer her help in things that were beyond the scope of 'realtor', and the whole process wouldnt have gone nearly as smooth without her.

Veronica was awesome in helping us buy our first home. As first time buyers we came in with very limited knowledge but she walked us through everything and was happy and able to answer the many questions we had. She was very transparent and communicative about the process and made sure we were always prepared for whatever was coming next. Her communication with us was responsive and timely. Text, call, or email - time crunch or not. We always could count on her getting back to us quickly.

Veronica did a fantastic job of selling my mother's house after her death. It was an extremely stressful period of my life and she was a God send! She gave us advice about how to prepare the house for the sale, generated 13 showings in the first weekend, and was readily available for calls/emails/texts. The house sold in six weeks and for a price that was 11K over our asking price! I was very happy with her work and recommend her highly!

I met Veronica as a first time home buyer in 2019. I was nervous, unsure what exactly I wanted, and concerned about everything. Veronica eased all of my worries, carefully explained the process of buying a home, and helped me streamline what I was looking for. She helped me buy my first home, so there was no question I was going to ask her to help me sell that house seven years later. Veronica helped me sell my home in spring of 2026, she was exactly as knowledgeable about the selling process and again eased all of my worries. The results were amazing, I got exactly what I was asking for and my house sold 5 days after it went on the market. Veronica is amazing at what she does and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you Veronica!

Veronica Long helped us buy our new house and sell my old house. I liked working with her because she is honest and upfrontaEUR"something you need when selling or buying. When buying a house, she was able to point out all the details that we didnt notice. She listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect place. In selling my houseaEUR"it sold in just days and it was due to her helpful feedback, the right price for the time/location, and her efficiency. I strongly recommend Veronica for your next purchase or sale.
