Aimee was such a big help to us as first time home buyers. She was responsive to questions, easy to talk to and helped us feel comfortable and confident when making decisions during what can be quite a stressful process. I would absolutely recommend her, and am thankful for all her help in finding the perfect home!

Aimee is absolutely the best! She was straightforward, very communicative, and honest throughout our home sale process. She was with us from the moment we met her. Aimee told us our home was going to sell aEURoequickaEUR? if we are willing to take her advice. We followed her lead and our home sold in a little over a week!! I highly recommend Aimee. Her knowledge and experience are priceless!

There are not enough words to describe how pleased we were with the sale of our home in Ohio. Aimee has impeccable taste and expert knowledge in her field. Every bit of advice she's have us paid off in a big way. And the best part... You are far more than just a client to her. She goes above and beyond as if it's her own home.

My wife and I have bought and sold seven homes throughout the Midwest in our 41 year marriage and having Aimee as our realtor was the most stress-free realty transaction we have ever had. In fact, it was so simple we never actually met Aimee face-to-face. Her guidance on prepping our property, staging, and selling price were all right on target, achieving a higher selling price than we actually listed. Aimees communication through the sale was always very timely, even keeping in contact with us during her family vacation. There were absolutely no surprises during the process and we closed on schedule with AimeeaEUR~s help in the last days bringing all parties together. Aimee was a professional at all times, highly committed to the listing and sale timeline, and extremely client focused. I would highly recommend Aimee Minda when looking to buy your next home or sell your current one.

Aimee suggested improvements to our home but did not pressure us to do it. Because we wanted to sell quickly we followed her suggestions. She had contacts for any and all of the work that we had done. She also connected us with a mover who was very reasonable in cost. Because of her knowledge of the local market our house listed much higher than expected and sold within one month. She was in constant contact with us through the whole process. We highly recommend Aimee.
