Review Aimee did an amazing job! We were struggling to find something we loved, were considering settling on a property that would have required work as soon as we were in it. The buy in wasnt there, she saw it and refused (in a good way) to let us get into something we didnt love. She got us into a new build, negotiated in a few things we wanted, also helped get the price down a bit and got us with a lender that also listened to what we wanted. If it was important to us it was just as important to her. She listens, she cares, and is someone that isnt just selling for a paycheck, shes selling new beginnings. When we started the process we were located in Nevada; she coordinated google meets, walk throughs with her colleagues even when she was on vacation, and made sure to break everything down for first time home buyers like ourselves. Review We moved from VA to OH and Aimee helped us at every step! We moved here with very little notice and the market was very much a sellers market which made it all the more difficult for a buyer. Because of this, we rented for a while and over the next 8 months or so, Aimee (& sometimes her wonderful colleagues) would show us countless homes. She helped us place offers and walked us through houses with helpful comments and insight. She answered all our questions, no matter how silly they seemed and tried to make every request of ours happen.
