Keller Williams Advisors Realty

We had a great experience with the KimTimTeam selling our home. They made the whole process easier, from getting the house ready and listing it to navigating showings, offers, and closing. They were always available when we had questions and kept us updated along the way. We really appreciated their help and guidance and would definitely recommend the KimTimTeam!

After a few phone calls, it was fast and efficient emails for communication. Very pleased that multiple Team members were tied in, so if one member was out, another would answer.

Buying our first family home couldve been overwhelming, but Eric and his team, Team Sztanyo, made the entire experience feel easy, safe, and supported. They were patient with every question, every showing, and every moment we needed reassurance. Not once did we feel pressured to settle for something that didnt fit our familys needs. Erics recommendations were always thoughtful and genuinely helpful. You can tell he and his team truly care about families finding the right home, not just any home. Were so thankful for the kindness, honesty, and guidance they showed throughout the entire journey. They were consistently responsive, communicated clearly, and shared the knowledge we needed to make an informed decision, one I know well be happy with for years to come. Team Sztanyo is truly exceptional.

Outstanding service from Kim and Tim and Team. Calls and emails were returned promptly and the selling process went smoothly.

I recently worked with Sydney and she is awesome! She is a great advocate and truly understands the current marketplace across all of Cincinnati. She was very responsive and made everything so easy and efficient from start to finish. If you're buying a home in Cincinnati it would be hard to find someone better than Sydney to work with. Highly recommend
