Eric hooked us into the MLS website immediately and even though it was in the midst of the COVID pandemic, we were able to find a house in our budget in a couple of weeks (with very limited inventory!). Eric was very knowledgeable about what prices were fair and what to look for in the houses (and also how to create a competitive offer). One of the things we appreciated the most about Eric was that he stayed patient with us as we looked for the "perfect" house. We must have seen 8 properties over the course of a few weeks span before we finally settled on one, and we were only able to "back-to-back" two of them. Eric was incredibly gracious and sympathetic throughout the process. Not only was Eric excellent, but his support staff was great as well. Kylie called us every Friday to check in and was "Johnny-on-the-spot" with documentation and getting forms submitted. We will definitely look to use Team Sztanyo in the future.
