While I did not give James 5 in all areas, he is nevertheless a good agent. He has the skill to present your property so that it is appealing to buyers. (He was my sales agent). We had some problems with our property that needed a professional to help get the issues solved, and he was able to do that in a professional manner. We basically sold the first day on the market at a price above what we asked. When I look at what is said about a person or object I prefer honest evaluations, not just 5 stars, I personally questions those sometimes, so I give as I really think. Having said that James is a good agent and I would not hesitate to have him be my sales agent or buying agent.
