We had some problems with our property that needed a professional to help get the issues solved, and he was able to do that in a professional manner. We basically sold the first day on the market at a price above what we asked. When I look at what is said about a person or object I prefer honest evaluations, not just 5 stars, I personally questions those sometimes, so I give as I really think.
