A great experience! Thats how we describe working with Simi when asked about finding, selecting and working with an agent 1,500 miles away in an unfamiliar city. We are remote buyers and talked with a few agents in central Florida before meeting Simi. Were glad we found her. Heres how Id describe working with Simi (and her team): Professional - strong knowledge of local market, very prepared, reliable, and excellent communication. Thorough - she anticipated issues and proactively addressed them. No surprises or things that fell through the cracks. A pleasure to work with - she was always genuinely interested in doing what was best for us, as buyers. A very caring and positive person. She was kind enough to invite us to her house to meet and discuss an offer strategy. Who does that?? And her team was great with virtual showings and walk throughs. Ive already told her that if I ever need future representation or know someone who does, she will be my first call. 10/10 highly recommend.

Unfortunately, my experience working with Simi was not a positive one, and I ultimately chose to end the relationship and continue my home search with another Realtor. During a condo purchase I was considering, I repeatedly found errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and unclear terms in documents that had been provided for my review or signature. I often felt that I was the one identifying issues that I expected my agent to help catch or clearly explain. Simi also chastised me for finding these errors and for using an AI assistant to double-check the work, despite the fact that doing so was helping me identify legitimate issues. As additional questions came up involving disclosures, the condo association, contract language, assessments, and other due-diligence items, I became increasingly uncomfortable with the process. Rather than feeling supported in taking the time necessary to understand and resolve those issues, I felt pressure to move forward and was told to simply aEURoetrust the process.aEUR? It felt as though my diligence was being treated as the obstacle rather than an important part of making a significant purchase. There were also multiple instances where Simi made statements to me about communications with other parties that were directly contradicted by the communications she later shared with me herself. After this happened more than once, I no longer felt I could trust what I was being told and decided I was not comfortable continuing the transaction or my home search with Simi. I moved on to another Realtor, and that experience was dramatically different. It reinforced for me how important it is to have an agent who welcomes questions, proactively investigates concerns, and makes you feel that protecting your interests is the priority. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Simi to a buyer who wants a highly detail-oriented and hands-on advocate throughout the purchasing process.

Simi was wonderful to work with. She was always friendly, responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. She made everything easy and was always there when I had questions. I really appreciate everything she did and would highly recommend her!
