ZillowVERIFIEDUnfortunately, my experience working with Simi was not a positive one, and I ultimately chose to end the relationship and continue my home search with another Realtor. During a condo purchase I was considering, I repeatedly found errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and unclear terms in documents that had been provided for my review or signature. I often felt that I was the one identifying issues that I expected my agent to help catch or clearly explain. Simi also chastised me for finding these errors and for using an AI assistant to double-check the work, despite the fact that doing so was helping me identify legitimate issues. As additional questions came up involving disclosures, the condo association, contract language, assessments, and other due-diligence items, I became increasingly uncomfortable with the process. Rather than feeling supported in taking the time necessary to understand and resolve those issues, I felt pressure to move forward and was told to simply aEURoetrust the process.aEUR? It felt as though my diligence was being treated as the obstacle rather than an important part of making a significant purchase. There were also multiple instances where Simi made statements to me about communications with other parties that were directly contradicted by the communications she later shared with me herself. After this happened more than once, I no longer felt I could trust what I was being told and decided I was not comfortable continuing the transaction or my home search with Simi. I moved on to another Realtor, and that experience was dramatically different. It reinforced for me how important it is to have an agent who welcomes questions, proactively investigates concerns, and makes you feel that protecting your interests is the priority. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Simi to a buyer who wants a highly detail-oriented and hands-on advocate throughout the purchasing process.

ZillowVERIFIED We interviewed three realtors before listing our home, and it was clear from the very beginning that Simi had a thoughtful game plan and a strategy that aligned with our goal of selling quickly without letting the process drag on. She was organized, thorough, and incredibly proactive. Simi helped us create a clear list of items to complete before listing, staged the home so it was truly ready to shine, and handled every detail that came up along the way. The professional photos, video walkthrough, thoughtful staging, and preparation all paid off, and we began receiving showings immediately. As first-time sellers in this area, we especially appreciated how well Simi guided us through the process. She clearly explained what to expect, helped us understand our options, and always made sure we knew the best next step. We closed on our home just 33 days after listing and achieved the price point we were hoping for. Simi delivered exactly the kind of smooth, strategic, and successful experience we wanted. If youre reading this because youre searching for a realtor, your search is over. Youve already found her in Simi.

ZillowVERIFIED I had the absolute pleasure of working with Simi as my real estate agent, and I couldnt be more grateful for her support and professionalism throughout the entire selling process. She was the first of several agents to respond to my initial call, which I greatly appreciated, and choosing to work with her turned out to be the best decision I could have made. From start to finish, she was incredibly responsiveaEUR"there wasnt a single day that went by without her reaching out in some form, whether by email, text, or phone call. Her dedication and constant communication gave me complete peace of mind. Thanks to her expertise, my house went on the market on August 13 and we closed smoothly by September 8, which was truly impressive. Simi is a real champ, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the Central Florida area.

ZillowVERIFIED Simi is an EXCELLENT realtor! From the first conversation with her, I knew I was in good hands. She knew the Orlando market super well, was able to guide me on where to look, and optimize the search for my goals. She was 100% responsive and communicated very well, and showed me great options. Ultimately due to personal reasons I decided to stop looking for a place to buy, but I know I will be coming back to Simi once I decide on it. If you're considering working with her, don't give it a second thought, just jump in. You'll be very glad you did.

ZillowVERIFIED Two of the best people I?ve had the pleasure to work with, Simi and James. Through all the trials and tribulations, they?ve helped me purchase my first home. Simi did her best to accommodate me as a buyer with fast responses, valuable information, and wit when it came to purchase price and getting me into a home spending nothing more than what?s necessary. Negotiation skills on point as I was able to get what I asked for with a bit on top. And James for the motivation and availability to show homes in and around Orange County. I appreciate these two fine people.

ZillowVERIFIED I cant say enough good about Simi!!! She is absolutely the hardest working agents I have had the pleasure to work with. My husband and I wanted a vacation property that could be used as a short term rental. We are from out of state and wanted to ensure we found a knowledgeable and responsive agent. Within minutes of us reaching out to her she called us back and we were underway to finding the perfect vacation home. We were in daily contact with her until the process was well past the inspection. She alway responded within minutes to our questions. She has a team to help her that is made up of rock stars! I honestly never had many questions because they could predict them and had them answered before I knew it! They all worked together seamlessly; helping find HOA bylaws, utility company numbers, pointing us in the right direction the entire way! Simi will be your best advocate when purchasing a new home. You need not look any further than this Simi is who you want to be your new best friend and realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are interested in purchasing a house in this chaotic time, look no further. I have had a few agents in the past year, then Simi Lakhani stepped in with her knowledge, patience, and most of all providing hope. When you attend an Open House and 85 people show up to bid on it, it?s not too promising especially wanting to use a VA loan. There were times my wife and I were ready to give up and Simi would encourage us to hang in there, we?ll find the right house. I can say quite a bit about her, meanwhile I do want to give a shout out to her Team, Alexis Hillengas and Gareth Swift. Excellent people all around to work with?period. Communication is awesome whether text, email, phone calls, and in person. All three are very polite, patient, and professional. Highly recommend Simi and her team.
