This is the second time our family has used Susan. First we used her to buy a house in Milton, FL and now weve used her to sell a house in Pensacola, Florida. Susan connected us to the perfect buyers, and she did it during a season when its pretty challenging to sell houses. In the future, we plan to use her to buy and sell real estate and I highly recommend her to anybody else. Shes very honest, patient, and thorough.

AMAZING FROM START TO FINISH!! Here's a quick re-cap of our experience. We live in the upper West Coast and traveled to the lower East Coast. Did a last day/last minute decision to go see a few homes for sale listed on Zillow. Our local Neice recommended her realtor to us. We met Susan and she came fully prepared with all the info regarding these 3 homes. It took less than 2 hours to view each accordingly. Most of that time was the many questions and answers between us. There was so much detail to learn. After selecting our choice home, we returned back to the West Coast and did the entire purchase process long distance. There were many surprises and challenges along the way in behalf of the seller and on our end as well. This is where our confidence needed to stay strong. Nevertheless, Susan remained a warrior and guided us with her consultation and experience. 5 stars all the way! Our whole experience was a celebration! Susan is a true professional and now our friend!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
