Susan represented us very well. She was extremely knowledge and helpful. Answered all questions and researched everything we asked about. I would give her 10 stars that were an option! Highly recommend.

She was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. She was professional, responsive, and truly dedicated to helping us every step of the way. Her hard work and commitment made a big difference, and we are grateful for all of her efforts. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dependable real estate professional.

Susan did an outstanding job helping us sell our second home in Pensacola FL. She is very knowledgeable of all facets of the real estate market in the area and was very responsive and helpful in helping through the negotiations. Her people and communications skills are far above average and we truly appreciate all she did for us!

Susan did an outstanding job helping us sell our house. She was extremely organized and very proactive with helping set up anything that needed to be done at the house since we were already out of state.

From the beginning of the home buying process through closing Susan was responsive to our concerns and requests. Susan proved to be a great communicator as she guided us through working with the D.R. Horton home sales representative. Susans negotiation skills were proven multiple times especially on our 1st and 2nd walkthrough inspections. Her attention to detail is the stuff of legends! We wouldnt want to work with anyone else and would highly recommend her to everyone.
