Then she went to work for me and my wife. She set up several properties to look at by virtual tour. She got a good feel for what we were looking for in a house. She did great work on background of schools, crime, shopping, and distance to all things we might utilize. She was able to find us a home that was a perfect match. Then she recommended a finance company to get a loan, and an insurance agent. She was a great help because we live 10 hours away. On top of this, any time we had a question, she always had or got answers for us. ZillowVERIFIED AMAZING FROM START TO FINISH!! Here's a quick re-cap of our experience. We live in the upper West Coast and traveled to the lower East Coast. Did a last day/last minute decision to go see a few homes for sale listed on Zillow. Our local Neice recommended her realtor to us. We met Susan and she came fully prepared with all the info regarding these 3 homes. It took less than 2 hours to view each accordingly. Most of that time was the many questions and answers between us. There was so much detail to learn. After selecting our choice home, we returned back to the West Coast and did the entire purchase process long distance. There were many surprises and challenges along the way in behalf of the seller and on our end as well. This is where our confidence needed to stay strong. She got a feel for what I was looking for and the budget I was working with. She has tremendous knowledge of the area. We looked at many houses and she was very thorough with inspecting the homes for potential problems as well as pointing out the good qualities the property had to offer. My home in Alabama was already under contract to close in April so finding another house was a priority. I was getting a little discouraged but Susan was so wonderful to reassure me, we would keep looking until we found the right one for me. She was not pushy at all, she is not a "sales person" we typically see in this type of industry, she truly cares and wants her clients to find the right fit for them. It honestly felt like Susan was buying the house with me, she was that deeply involved and committed to finding what fit my wants and needs. She was with me every step of the way. Making sure my move out of the house in Alabama was going well all the way to my move into the house in Florida. She gave me tips on rental moving trucks, possible storage if needed, suggestions on where to stay if I wasn't able to move in immediately. Any and everything that involved me getting here she helped with. I am so GRATEFUL..... My stress level was minimal because I knew she was a phone call or text away from finding the solution to whatever I needed. I just can't say enough about how organized, proficient and caring she is. All the companies she works with, the title company, insurance agencies, inspectors, etc. are top notch. I have bought and sold homes and properties several times, this lady is one in a million!!!!!

We loved our house we were now selling, but I could not take the Florida bugs. Every bug in Florida bit me and I got tired of smelling like OFF. Our house was a tough sale because it was the nicest home in a mixed dwelling neighborhood, and needed just the right person to buy it.
