Kaizen Realty

Although the selling of my first home was a huge and bittersweet milestone for me I was and am SO grateful for Verna. Her guidance, professionalism, knowledge and communication made all the difference. The thing I appreciated the most was her positive attitude especially during the times I was a bit discouraged or frustrated, she knew exactly what to say to encourage me. I truly appreciate her hard work and dedication.

Verna is the best! Helped me sell two tricky houses in a tough market and was responsive and helpful through the whole process. Will be using her again for sure.

Ms. Verna has been truly wonderful to work with. Shes friendly, extremely knowledgeable about real estate, and really listened to what I wanted in a home. She made sure I got everything I was looking for. This is the third home Ive purchased with her, and each time the process has been easy and seamless. She knows the market, the neighborhoods, and exactly what it takes to get a deal done. I highly recommend her!!

Verna was a pleasure to work with. She helped me sell a house and two pieces of land. She was always responsive to my questions and everything moved quickly. I would highly recommend her.

Verna worked with me for about a week. When she made suggestions on where I should be looking and what type of home, and I did not listen, she dropped me. I'm not sure why she thought she knew better than me where I should live. I found another realtor the next day, found an home a week later, and closed on my new home about a month later.
