ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I found Beverly via Zillow during our initial stage of real estate investment journey and we are so very grateful to have found her. She has mentored and educated us since day one. She has immense knowledge about the Memphis area. She makes sure to investigate properties herself and provides honest opinions. She is highly trustworthy and we were able to buy multiple properties through her staying in NJ. She is definitely more than an agent for me and my husband. Her sense of humor is another plus :)

ZillowVERIFIED Mrs. Hyter is an Excellent agent. She will not sell you anything. She will thoroughly investigate a property before you buy it and assure you are getting a good deal. She works hard to get you what you want or to sell your property. Most of all she is honest and will have you laughing. I enjoy my experience with her! Shes more than an Agent!

ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure working with Ms. Hyter during the purchase of my home. She was very knowledgeable of what the current real estate market trends were in Memphis and the surrounding areas. She provided me with insight on how to navigate a seller's market as the buyer. She used her professionalism and negotiation skills to get me more than what I asked for. It was refreshing to meet a real estate agent that had both patience and honesty. I highly recommend Ms. Hyter to anyone that is looking for an agent that will work hard to get you to closing with all smiles.

ZillowVERIFIED I was blessed to have Beverly Hyter as my real estate agent. Her professionalism, patience and character was on full display during the entire process. Her work ethic was undeniable and she shared knowledge that was valuable to my future in real estate investments. I was able to close on two houses on the same day. That was possible because I had an amazing agent. I would recommend Beverly to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Memphis area. I will definitely call her for future investment properties.

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Beverly found me and my fiancee the perfect house in no time. She had a great house to show us almost everyday, and she made sure we found something in our price range. Most importantly, she listened to our needs and made sure we were able to get everything we were looking for. Can't wait to work with her again once we need to go up in size.

ZillowVERIFIED Beverly is the absolute BEST! I went on Zillow to look at a houses and they assigned Beverly as my realtor. She listened to what I wanted in a home, and sent me some homes to look at online. I chose 2 to look at. I can't not say it enough about how she listened to what I wanted, not what she thought I should have! She showed me only two homes, and actually the very first one was THE ONE! Thanks to Beverly the best realtor I have ever dealt with, I have the home of my dreams. The closing was an everything that could go wrong did closing. But thanks to a very organized Beverly who was able to produce the unexpected things that the lender needed, and Lydia who worked closely with Beverly we were able to close. Without those two being so diligent and working so closely, I am afraid I would not have closed on this home! Even after the sale finally went through, Beverly has checked to make sure I didn't need anything! I started out with a realtor who is great and ended up with a wonderful friend! I can honestly say that Beverly is a super awesome realtor and anyone who is lucky enough to have her as their realtor will end up with the home of their dreams like I did! I highly recommend Beverly to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Beverly had a buyer for my full asking price in 2 days, after I spent months trying to sell by myself. She had the contacts for inspections, repairs, and closing. Everything just sailed right on through, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Beverly, and First National Realty.

ZillowVERIFIED I agree with a comment from a prior review: BEVERLY HYTER IS THE BEST REAL ESTATE AGENT IN MEMPHIS. She represented us when we bought our home in 2004 and Beverly just finished handling the selling of the same house twelve years later. She is an expert in the field and is personable and highly ethical. There is no more trustworthy and hard-working real estate agent around and we will not hesitate to use her again and again if need be. In addition, and perhaps most importantly, SHE IS A GOOD PERSON! Call Beverly. You won't regret it.

ZillowVERIFIED Beverly Hyter was responsible for listing our current home and selling it as well. Afterwards, she was very, very patient with my husband (he was the picky one) when trying to locate the right home for our family. She found the right home and we purchased it after searching for four long months. Again, it was because of my husband and not Beverly Hyter. She is an awesome Real Estate Agent and is highly recommended by our family.

ZillowVERIFIED Beverly sold my home and followed through with a recommendation of a top Real Estate Agent to assist me in the purchase of a new home in Tampa, Florida area. Beverly is absolutely the THE BEST REAL ESTATE AGENT IN THE MEMPHIS AREA! I highly recommend her for any type of real estate transaction. She is deeply connected to several contractors, and anyone associated with sales or maintenance of homes. As it relates to the sale of my house, she took such phenomenal pictures of the house. As a result, I had a sales contract executed in one day after I signed the listing agreement, based on pictures she displayed on a variety of websites on the internet. I received a great offer for my house, more than I expected. Beverly is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Beverly as a Real Estate Agent in the Memphis, Tennessee area.
