Chris was beyond exceptional. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, patient, professional, and he helped to de-mystify the home-buying process as we sought to purchase our first house here in the Hudson Valley. His knowledge of how houses are built is unparalleled, and I never felt he was trying to sell or push us to do anything we weren't ready to do. Over the two and a half years he was our agent, he responded to every question, every inquiry into houses we wanted to see, and was there with a positive and supportive attitude when we had a few heartbreakers along the way. Chris also has a keen eye for how homes are built, and he was always honest with us when a place wasn't looking right. He's also incredibly funny, warm, and a great person to go on the home-buying or selling journey with. He really does work both for you and with you.
