Chris is the most reliable, personable and amazing agent I have ever worked with. To say that he went above and beyond would be an understatement. I was looking for a very particular home and he really understood and did everything he could to make my home purchase happen. He was also a very LOW PRESSURE agent to deal with and I got the sense that he enjoyed what he does. He knows the Hudson Valley and surrounding areas so well and was just unbelievably helpful at every turn; and we had some turns :) Don't hesitate to work with him - he's the absolute best. And even after the home was closed one and everything was done/paid/wrapped up he has continued to be super helpful which he did not have to do. He's a gem!

Chris was beyond exceptional. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, patient, professional, and he helped to de-mystify the home-buying process as we sought to purchase our first house here in the Hudson Valley. His knowledge of how houses are built is unparalleled, and I never felt he was trying to sell or push us to do anything we weren't ready to do. Over the two and a half years he was our agent, he responded to every question, every inquiry into houses we wanted to see, and was there with a positive and supportive attitude when we had a few heartbreakers along the way. Chris also has a keen eye for how homes are built, and he was always honest with us when a place wasn't looking right. He's also incredibly funny, warm, and a great person to go on the home-buying or selling journey with. He really does work both for you and with you. We did finally find our home here, and we will always be grateful to have done it with Chris at River to Ridge.
