Juniata Realty

Just acquired a cabin and property with Cody Smith as my realtor (3/13/26). Best ever. Always there guiding me through the process. Truly a partner, advising on everything in the negotiation to finding local contractors. Simply goes above and beyond. Thanks Cody!

Cody was great to work with. Always responsive, even nights and weekends. We had several properties where we made offers or got close, and his quick responses were key. Kept us posted, offered honest advice, and stuck with us until we finally landed on a deal. Couldnt have asked for a better agent.

Cody handled all aspects of our property sales flawlessly. I couldn't have been happier with Cody's responsiveness and attention to detail throughout this process!

Cody did a great job working with me to find what I was looking for and navigate the current land market. He made time to show property, answer questions and keep me informed on schedules and significant events such as contractor work and perc tests. Will tap into Codys knowledge and network as I move forward with construction. Would work with Juniata Realty in the future.

Was very helpful and knowledgeable. The listing process was very smooth. It was just a handful of papers that needed filled out. The property was sold in a very timely manner.
