It has proven to be a difficult property to sell, but Cody was able to do it rather quickly in comparison, meaning we had other realtors on this property for longer periods of time who just couldnt get it sold for whatever reason. Cody kept us up to date with any changes or updates and was very quick to answer any questions we had, usually within minutes, but never more than a few hours. He also provided us tips to help attract potential buyers, which I believe did help us. We dont live in Bedford County, so everything we did was done online in a quick, efficient manner. We were even given the option to do closing online, but wanted to do that in person so we could meet and thank him and the buyer in person. I would not hesitate to go with Cody if you are looking to buy or sell.

We live 3 hours away from the property we listed with him (an off-the-grid cabin) but asked that he not show it unless we were present. He had no problem with that and was able to arrange 5 showings over 2 days, which generated 3 offers. His advice about listing price brought us a LOT more than we expected to get.
