I wasn't going to say anything but I keep getting these emails asking for my review We were not happy with the service provided. It took 5 months to sell. Not your fault directly but our realtor presented himself well when we met him but never even showed our house. He took credit for our suggestions such as coming down on our price after months with no offer. We said an amount and he came down even more, $900.00 more. Not a big deal? Yeah, it's not YOUR money. He was fast to respond to text messages and that was good but a little sarcastic at times. We believe ( and could be wrong) that he told the buyers realtor our bottom dollar because that is exactly where we ended up at 3 minutes later. At our closing they said this is from the Pomerleau team and gave us a bottle of champagne. (Thank you) We had already bought the home we moved to and that realtor provided a much different, better experience so maybe our bar was set too high from the start but she drove from far northern WI to Roseville MN for our closing to be sure all went well for us. But, he didn't even show up at our closing. We are still wondering what all he did for us to earn that kind of percentage but I quess well never know.

This was the second time Al helped us buy and sell our home. This time we wanted to find our new home first and then put our house on the market. Al was knowledgeable in directing us to the right people to be able to do that. When we saw the house come up online that we thought was the house for us, Al took time out of his busy schedule that day to help us be the first to see the house and when we decided that we wanted to put an offer in right away, he also took the time to process our offer right away. He was dedicated to help us buy that house. When our old home was on the market, Al did what he could to promote it when the market in our area was very slow. Once we got an offer, he was dedicated to making sure things were done according to our best interest even when he was out of the country on vacation.
