Joyce Marcum Realty

Bill did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was available at the drop of a hat each time I had questions or needed assistance. Extremely diligent helping me search for properties. He helped me find a great deal on a perfect fit of a property. I couldnt recommend working with him more. Even hooked me up with my first ring doorbell at closing. 5/5 for Mr. Bill Vanwinkle!

Bill was amazing during the whole process! He was very knowledgeable and made sure we felt really good about everything. This was our first home and I'm so glad Bill helped us find the perfect one!

Bill was a great realtor for us. He stick with us through some very slow and irritating loan issues. He was patient and communicative through the whole process. He let us lead the way, while still guiding us through our first home purchase. Highly recommend to any buyer, new or seasoned!

Bill is an amazing person and realtor! He made the home buying process smooth and kept us informed the whole time. I highly recommend Bill to anyone looking to buy a home!

Bill made our first-time home buying experience a breeze. He was very proactive in finding properties for us to look at, and always made himself available for tours. He helped us negotiate a great deal on our first house and he was diligent in taking care of all the behind-the-scenes work. Communication frequent and clear, and he was able to point us towards some highly reputable lendors and inspection companies. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor, and would highly recommend him to anyone.
